Creative and Profitable Ways to Use Autoreponders
===================================================

An interested visitor who has been strolling through your
site has finally come to just what she is looking for and
is about to make a purchase. It's a sunny afternoon, and
her cat, who happens to be sitting on the moss under the
visitor's large fifty-year-old snow-rose bonsai tree,
suddenly jumps down, and the priceless tree topples over.

In the blink of an eye, your visitor exits your site, and
your sale is dust - unless you have had the foresight to
utilize an autoresponder that has captured her email
address. If you have installed an autoresponder, you can
then follow-up with her, and in all probability, make the
sale when the poor woman has finished repotting her
precious bonsai.

Autoresponders are remarkable, versatile programs that do
so much more than just automatically answer your email.
Here are a few ideas that will help you to creatively and
productively use your autoresponder to transform the casual
visitor into a profitable customer. Use your autoresponder
to:

1. Publish a newsletter. Certain quality autoresponders
will manage subscriptions and follow-up with interested
prospects. Your newsletter can keep your visitors informed
about your services or products, while building your
reputation as a credible expert in your particular
business.

2. Publish a newsletter only for your affiliates. Inform
them of current sales you are running and of promotional
material that your affiliates can use themselves to
increase their commissions. Include tips, advice, and
techniques that your affiliates can use to successfully go
out and promote your business.

3. Write reviews. Cover books, software, music, e-books,
movies, etc., and put each review in an autoresponder.
Review your affiliate programs, using a link to your
affiliate's page in your autoresponder.

4. Distribute your articles. Writing and distributing
targeted articles is a powerful tool to build your business
credibility, bring traffic to your site, and increase your
sales potential. If your articles contain valuable
information, many editors will print what is known as a
resource box for you. A resource box contains your bio and
a brief description of your service or product. It can also
contain your autoresponder address. Let's say you've
written fifty articles. Put them on separate autoresponder
accounts and create a master list that contains the titles
of each article, the autoresponder address, and a brief
abstract. Then promote your master list. Additionally,
include your publishing guidelines so your affiliates can
add their articles to your list, increasing the number of
writers who are represented in your article list.

Hi folks

The #1 most common question that we get from people who want to start an email marketing campaign is:

"What Do I Write?"

See, just like you they understand how important it is to communicate with their potential customers to build trust, establish yourself as an expert and ultimately close more sales...

They Just Get Writer's Block

They draw a blank when it comes to deciding what to write.

Or they come up with ideas, but when they sit down to write, they edit and over think and self-censor, and they never get past the big blank screen, because they want their emails to be perfect from Day 1.

Writers' block can derail the best of us, if we let it. But we don't have to.

Coming up with good message content is easy, if you know where to look.

And fortunately, you don't have to look far, because...

...You've Already Written Your Messages!

Chances are, your messages are already staring at you, right between the eyes... but like many business owners, you just haven't seen them yet.

Ask yourself: "Have I done any of these things?"

Replied to emails asking about your product or business
Put an FAQ, features or similar page on your site.
Written an article or press release
Created and posted to a blog about your industry or business

If you've done even one of these, you're already on your way to creating an email campaign. (If you've done more than one, even better!)

Why do I say that?

People With Questions Don't Always Ask Them

You reply to questions for the same reason that you offer a product or service: doing so helps your potential customers solve a problem. Same goes for writing articles, blogging, creating FAQs... the list goes on.

But what about the people who don't ask you questions? Or don't read your FAQ or articles?

Surely they don't have all the answers already - so they would likely benefit from the same help you've provided to the people that did contact you. Right?

When you know what your potential customers are asking, and you already have the answers somewhere outside of your email campaign, all you need to do is...

"Re-purpose Your Content" (Translation: Copy-and-Paste)

Open your "Sent" email folder, your FAQ or any other place where you've already written about your business.

Find a question that you've answered, or a point that you've made, that your potential customers want to/should see.

Highlight it.
Copy.
Paste.
Add a sentence or two before and after it (to introduce it and to segue to the next message).
Give it an attention-getting subject line (one idea: put the question itself as the subject).
Save your message.

Congratulations! You just created your first message.
Create 2-3 more by repeating the steps above, and voila! You have a real, live email campaign that you can build on.

So much for writer's block.

Your Prospects Are Waiting...

Now that your email campaign is ready to go, it's time to use it to build your business.

Put Your Email Campaign Into Action Today.

After all, the sooner you get your campaign live, the sooner you'll turn your potential customers into actual ones!

What's Next?

You're armed with great email content... but it's only helpful if you have someone to send it to.

Next, I'll show you how to grab your visitors' attention and get them started on your campaign...

Hi Guys and Gals!

So glad to be able to come to you with great news!

I've been preparing a rich Internet marketing tips newsletter to be sent out periodically to my subscribers only. It will cover many area's and avenues to hopefully give you some fuel to prosper and succeed. You will be amazed at the possibilities. No not a get 'rich" quick system as there is no such animal. There is so much hype all over the Internet these days, and that is all it is is HYPE! To succeed in this business like any other it will take honest effort and some sweat and the will and persistence to keep on
goin'.

I am speaking to you from my heart now, as I learned from years of failure and mistakes trusting and believing all the money making schemes would somehow work just to be drowned in
disappointment and frustration. I'm sure that I must have spent well over a thousand dollars during that time interval. I don't want this to happen to you.

So just as soon as I can get set up, I'll let you know, it will be very soon I promise. So be watching and expecting!

I don't believe I have shared this before, but even doing all the wrong things for several years, hoping for success and not realizing any, I kept trying and by doing so, learned some things from my errors. The main thing I believe I learned, was to NEVER NEVER Give Up!!

I'm beginning to sound a little like sir Winston rambling on here, but we can never gain by quiting, no matter what we're involved in. Thomas Edison failed miserably over a thousand times during a period of -think of this-fifty years before he invented the
incandescent light bulb.
Just imagine if he had quit
experimentation sooner, where would we be today? I'd hate to be reading this by candle light. And of course, he went on to invent many other conveniences we pretty much take for granted. He had patents on electricity, batteries, mining, motion pictures, phonographs, telegraphs, telephones, and even cement! Why because he was tenacious and persistent.

So do not be afraid to step out take some chances. So what if you mess up? So what! Who hasn't? Just get up and try it again. Be like that infant who must crawl and fall to learn to walk and then to run! I think most of us would really benefit the most if we could just become like children again and not think about what others might think. We cripple our own progress by doing so, and it need not be this way. Just always remember this. We all have talents and skills that are different from one another but need to be shared with others. I believe our Creator designed us that way so we would have a purpose and reason for being here! Can I get any one to agree with me on that?

O K got to hang up for now, as I smell dinner cooking.

You all be good until next time.
